Directions to The Whole You SPA
The Whole You SPA is conveniently located in the central Riverdale on the ground level of
the Riverdale Medical Pavilion on Riverdale Avenue and West 238th Street. Riverdale
Medical Pavilion is a professional building next to Chase bank. Bus Bx.7 stops right in front
of our office.
FROM MANHATTAN (BY TRAIN AND BUS): Take 1 or 9 train uptown to West 231st Street
then transfer to bus Bx.7 and take it to Riverdale Avenue and West 238th Street - The
Whole You Spa is across the street from the stop!
FROM MANHATTAN (BY CAR): Take West Side highway northbound. West Side highway
will turn into Henry Hudson Pkwy. Once you pass the toll, take exit to West 239th Street.
Make a right at the first light. The Whole You Spa is just one block down, next building after
the Chase bank.
FROM WESTCHESTER OR UPSTATE: Take Saw Mill River Pkwy South into Henry
Hudson Pkwy South. Take exit to West 246th Street. Make a left at the second traffic light
and go straight. The Whole You Spa is just one block down, next building after the Chase
bank.
